Designed especially for children, these fully-adjustable, padded ankle weights are comfortable for little ones and offer full freedom of movement. Each ankle weight can be adjusted, using non-toxic 2.7-oz. iron rods, to a maximum of 12 rods per ankle (2 pounds). The weights slip securely into a sleeve made of durable nylon fabric.

Adult Ankle Weight 2.5 lbs (Sold Individually) M300M
The 5lb pair of All Pro Adjustable Ankle Weights is ideal for both rehab and general exercise as well as light resistance training. Each ankle weight is fully adjustable to 2.5 pounds and comes with 10 individual, 1/4 pound weight bars. Weights can be easily added or removed as required for progressive resistive training or changes in therapy requirements.

These padded, fully adjustable wrist weights are designed to conform to your wrist by utilizing an internal pad and wide velcro closure for precise fit. Weight bars are easily inserted or removed from their individual pockets.
