Tips for measuring and determining size:
The person being measured should be relaxed, looking forward and standing up (or laying down) straight - don't let the person being measured hold their breath, or move around while being measured

Measurements should ideally be taken in swimming attire or undergarments. Use a flexible cloth measuring tape (Can’t find a fabric tape measure? No problem! You can instead use some string and a ruler
DO NOT make allowances for clothes, diapers, braces etc

Measure across your upper chest, armpit to armpit, and around. Make sure the tape measure at the back is level with the tape measure at the front (with no twists), to ensure an accurate reading. It's crucial to make sure the tape is snug against your skin without being too tight or too loose. It should lie flat against the body without indenting the skin.

Take multiple measurements and use the average for the most precise result. If possible, have someone assist you to ensure the soft tape measure is positioned correctly and the measurement is accurate.

By following these steps and taking accurate underarm and upper chest measurements, you'll be better equipped to select a well-fitted float that enhances your swimming experience and ensures comfort.

Tips when using your 9396
Make sure the swimmer cannot touch the bottom of the pool when floating
Adjust straps to float chest deep in the water
To lean back in the float, lengthen the back straps and shorten the front straps
Do not pull straps all the way up - purpose is to float in the water, not on top of it
Arms need to rest over the sides of the float
